The Bench View Soccer uses artificial intelligence systems to generate content and provide personalised experiences. This page fulfils the transparency obligations of the European Union AI Act, in force since 1 August 2024, with main obligations applicable from August 2026.

2. AI model provider (GPAI)
The AI models used are provided by OpenAI, L.L.C., classified as General Purpose AI Models (GPAI) under Art. 51 of the EU AI Act. The Bench View acts as a deployer of these models.
OpenAI publishes its own usage and transparency policies at openai.com/policies.
3. AI-generated content marking
In accordance with Art. 50(4) of the EU AI Act, AI-generated content on this platform is marked as follows:
- Visual indicatorVisible badge "AI-generated · The Bench View" on each analysis article and glossary entry.
- HTML metadata<meta name="ai-generated" content="true"> and <meta name="ai-provider" content="OpenAI"> in the <head> of AI-content pages.
- HTTP headersRoutes /analysis/*, /blog/*, /pipeline/* return X-AI-Generated: true, X-AI-Provider: OpenAI, X-AI-Policy-Url in every HTTP response.
4. Interaction with the AI assistant
The AI Coach "Migallón" is an artificial assistant. It is not a real person. In accordance with Art. 50(1) of the EU AI Act, we expressly inform you that any message, advice or training plan generated by Migallón is produced by an artificial intelligence system.
AI-generated training plans and advice are for guidance purposes only. They do not replace assessment by a sports professional, physiotherapist or doctor. If you have injuries, medical conditions or any health concerns, always consult a qualified professional before following any exercise plan.
5. Limitations of AI-generated content
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors or outdated information. The Bench View reviews content before publishing, but does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all generated articles or responses.
Tactical analysis articles reflect the AI model's perspective and do not necessarily represent the views of clubs, coaches or federations.
6. Personal data used by AI systems
To personalise AI Coach content, the following data is processed locally and used as context to generate responses:
- Training streak and number of completed sessions
- Selected training level
- Recent session history (last 7 sessions)
- Coach relationship state (phase, trust, bond)
No personally identifiable data (full name, email, IP address) is sent directly to AI models. User identifiers are generated internally. For more information on data processing, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Supervisory authority
For users in Spain, the national supervisory authority for the EU AI Act is:

For users in other EU member states, the competent authority is that designated by each state under Art. 70 of the EU AI Act.
