Artificial Intelligence Policy
The Bench View Soccer uses artificial intelligence to answer questions, personalise training and produce part of its content. This page explains which AI systems we use, how AI content is marked, how we supervise it and what your rights are, in line with the transparency obligations of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), which apply from 2 August 2026.

2. AI model provider
The models are provided by OpenAI and accessed through Replit’s AI integrations service. They are general-purpose AI models; The Bench View Soccer uses them as a deployer and does not train its own models.

3. How AI-generated content is marked
In accordance with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, AI-generated content on the platform is marked as follows:
- Visible label“AI-generated” badge on analysis articles, glossary entries and AI-generated images.
- HTML metadata<meta name="ai-generated" content="true"> and <meta name="ai-provider" content="OpenAI"> on analysis article pages.
- HTTP headersPages under /analysis, /blog, /report and /pipeline return X-AI-Generated: true, X-AI-Provider: OpenAI and X-AI-Policy-Url.
4. Interacting with the AI coach
The AI coach “Migallón” is an artificial intelligence system, not a real person. Every answer, message or exercise selection it produces is generated by AI.
AI-generated training content is for guidance only. It does not replace assessment by a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach. If you have an injury, a medical condition or any health concern, consult a qualified professional before following any exercise plan.
5. Human oversight and limitations
- We decide what each AI system may do: the instructions, the sources it uses and the safety rules. Physical sessions can only use exercises from our own library; the health questionnaire and the reduced-intensity rules for users under 18 always take precedence over the AI.
- AI-generated articles and texts go through automated quality checks, we review published content periodically and we correct errors as soon as we detect them or they are reported. Not every AI-generated text is reviewed individually by a person before publication.
- AI-generated images show fictional, non-identifiable people, never real players, coaches or public figures, and contain no club crests or logos. They are reviewed before publication.
- AI output may contain errors or outdated information. Tactical articles reflect the model’s analysis and do not represent the views of any club, coach or federation.
6. Personal data used by AI systems
Depending on the feature, the following may be sent to the AI model:
- Your question to the AI coach and the context of the lesson
- Training streak, completed sessions and recent session history
- Age range, level, goal, session length and available equipment
- A summary of your physical safety status (for example, whether recent discomfort was reported) — never your questionnaire answers
We do not send your name or email address to AI models; internal identifiers are used instead. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Your rights
You can ask for any AI output that affects you (for example, a restriction on personalised physical plans) to be reviewed by a person, report an error in AI-generated content, or ask for more information about how our AI systems work. Write to the address below.
8. Supervisory authority
In Spain, the authority responsible for supervising the EU AI Act is:
