At The Bench View, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Training Access subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our subscription services.
Important: By subscribing to The Bench View, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy. Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase.
2. Subscription Billing
The Bench View offers two subscription options for Training Access:
- Monthly Plan (€34.99/month): Billed automatically every month on the same date as your initial subscription.
- Annual Plan (€299/year): Billed automatically every 12 months on the anniversary of your initial subscription.
- All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You will receive email confirmation for each payment
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Training Access subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard.
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
- You retain full access to all features until the end of your paid period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your progress and account data are preserved if you decide to resubscribe

4. Refund Eligibility
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 7 days if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the platform, which cannot be resolved by our support team.
Refunds MAY be considered for:
- Technical issues preventing platform access that cannot be resolved within 7 days
- Verified billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service unavailability for extended periods (exceeding 72 hours)
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Partial billing periods after cancellation
- Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with content after substantial use
- Account suspension due to Terms of Use violations
5. Refund Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund consideration, requests must be submitted within specific timeframes:
- Technical Issues: Within 7 days of the issue being reported and unresolved
- Billing Errors: Within 30 days of the erroneous charge
Note: Refund requests submitted outside these timeframes will generally not be considered, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us through our support channels with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase and subscription type (monthly/annual)
- Clear description of the technical issue or billing error
- Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable)
We will respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated
- Your subscription access will be cancelled upon refund approval
