We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

The Bench View Soccer offers Training Access to our structured 180-course progressive training system.

• All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You will receive email confirmation for each payment
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

• You may cancel your Training Access at any time from your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period
• Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle — no partial refunds for unused time
• After cancellation your account returns to Free tier — your data is not deleted

• No refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with content after the 7-day window
• No refunds for partial billing periods after cancellation
• Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels

All content on The Bench View Soccer platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, training materials, tactical frameworks, and course content — is owned by The Bench View Soccer and protected by copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• You may not share your account credentials or Training Access with others
• Personal use of the platform for your own learning is permitted
• Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund

The Bench View Soccer provides educational football content. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes from using our training materials.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services linked from our platform

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
