1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, work in a comparable way. We use them to make the website work, remember your preferences and, with your consent, measure audience.

Technical cookies are strictly necessary to provide the service you request (language, regional prices, sign-in, referrals) and do not require consent.
3. Third-party cookies
- Google Analytics (Google): audience statistics, using the
_gacookies listed above. - YouTube (Google): embedded videos. Where possible we use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); when you play a video, YouTube may store cookies or data in your browser under its own policy.
- Stripe: when you pay, you are taken to Stripe’s checkout page and customer portal, where Stripe sets its own cookies for security and fraud prevention.
- Google sign-in, if you use it, sets Google’s own cookies on Google’s pages.

4. Local storage
We also store some data in your browser’s local storage, which stays on your device and is not sent to third parties: for example, the state of a physical training session in progress, your weekly streak, referral details and interface preferences. It is needed for these features to work. You can clear it from your browser settings.
5. Consent and how to manage cookies
Technical cookies do not require your consent. Analytics cookies require your consent, which you can refuse or withdraw at any time.
On your first visit a banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies; rejecting is as easy as accepting. Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies unless you accept. Your choice is stored for 6 months in the tbv_consent cookie, and you can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer or with this button:

- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
You can also prevent Google Analytics from measuring your visits with Google’s browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. If you block technical cookies, some features (such as staying signed in or seeing the price for your country) may not work.
6. Changes to this policy
