Course 05 - Timing the Run Between the Lines

A run between the lines is not "running forward fast". It is a **timed acceleration sequence** with a specific launch cue, a specific trajectory, a specific peak-speed moment, and a specific arrival posture — engineered so that the player's body and the ball meet at exactly the same point on exactly the same step. Three failure modes exist, and they exhaust the universe of bad runs: A correctly timed run between the lines yields three measurable outputs:
