Setup
Use a half-pitch area with a goal at one end. Set up cones to create a channel for players to dribble through. You'll need at least six players: two strikers, two midfielders, and two defenders.
Drill Steps

Begin by having the attacking midfielders start at the cone set up 15 yards from the goal, while the strikers position themselves at the edge of the penalty area.

The midfielders will dribble towards the goal, while the defenders apply light pressure, encouraging the midfielders to make a decision.

As the midfielders approach the penalty area, they must assess the positioning of the strikers and time their final pass based on the defenders' movements.
