Course 11 - Transition from Defense to Attack

Course 11 teaches the highest-leverage offensive window in modern football — the 5-15 seconds after ball recovery when opposition shape is broken and chance creation is 3-5x more likely. Modern teams generate 20-40% of total goals from transitions (Klopp's Liverpool 30%+, Atlético 40%+, Real Madrid 25%+). The playmaker is the FIRST DECISION-MAKER in transition because his central position means he is usually closest to the ball at the moment of recovery. His first-pass decision in the 0.5-1.5 second window after recovery determines whether the transition produces a chance or dissolves into wasted possession. Course 11 teaches the 3 transition phases (Chaos Peak / Organisation Forming / Re-organised), the 5 transition triggers, the 5 run patterns, the first-pass selection, and the 5-3 rule (5 seconds to commit, 3 runners maximum) that converts the chaos window into structured offensive output.
